STEP 1: MARKET ASSESSMENT
- Trends: We monitor consumer market trends on social media and retail sales to identify products for in-depth review.
- Research: We focus on the brands, product features, components, and ingredients.
- Analytics: We analyze up to 100 products in the chosen category.
- Customer Care: We review the manufacturer’s return policy and guarantee.
- Quality: We evaluate ingredients, clinical trials, quality, and safety to predict product effectiveness.
- Statistics: We compare and grade products using our system.
STEP 2: SURVEYS & REVIEW FEEDBACK
- Survey: We ask consumers about their experiences with products.
- Questionnaire: We collect feedback from Customer Reviewers through a questionnaire.
- Purchase Experience: We gather information about the consumer’s purchase experience, whether online or in-store.
- Shipping: If the product was bought online, we gather information about shipping costs, time, and tracking.
- Customer Support: We survey customers about their support experiences and their promptness and helpfulness.
- Results: We survey consumer results and compare to their expectations.
- Overall Customer Experience: We ask about the consumer’s overall satisfaction with the purchase and product.
